Returns & Exchanges
We hope you adore your new piece as much as we loved creating it! Each item from Rhodes + i is handmade with care, so a little variation from piece to piece is completely normal — and part of what makes it special.
Because most of our jewellery is handmade or made to order, we don't offer returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. But if something isn't quite right, please reach out. We truly want you to be happy with your purchase.
If there’s a problem
If your jewellery is damaged or fault, please email us at hellorhodesandi@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily repair, replace or refund your item where required under Australian Consumer Law.
You may be asked to send through a photo so we can help sort things quickly.
Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
This guarantee applies in addition to, and doesn’t replace, our store policy.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalised designs are made especially for you, which means they can’t be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Sending an approved return
If your return has been approved via email, please send it back to us within 7 days using a tracked service. We are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit. All return costs are at the buyers expense unless we have advised you otherwise.
